LUKE B is a new artist hailing from Chorley, Lancashire. Inspired by the 90's Brit Pop era, LUKE B combines nostalgic sounds with modern indie rock to create his own unique identity.
Heavily influenced by the likes of The Verve, Travis, Ocean Colour Scene and Paolo Nutini, LUKE B brings a range of vocal styles to the mixing pot. This shines through in his debut release "What You Waiting For?" where the track beings unsettlingly, with soft eerie vocal tones, juxtaposed impressively with a Raspy & gritty resolution.
LUKE B reconnects lovers of classic British guitar music, with traditional British guitar tones, and fitting guitar solos.
Lyrically, LUKE B often reflects on modern society through the eyes of a working class Northerner, and acts as a voice of reason for the people he represents.
