The essence of m.a.d.a.m.band is the intertwining of four different personalities and musical styles, resulting in a sound that is both unique and harmonious. The band members are Réka Horváth (guitar, vocals), Csenge Hrotkó (flute, vocals, ukulele, jug), Eszter Táibl (vocals, ukulele, cajun, bells) and Tamara Naszer (cello, vocals). In the creative process, Réka is the songwriter and Csenge is the lyricist, but the end result is always the result of joint discoveries and experimentation. The girls are mainly inspired by world music, jazz, classical music, and folk songs. What makes the band unique is that the roles are constantly changing, allowing for endless experimentation with timbres. Tension and release, clatter and babble alternate in the spirit of feelings and experiences they have lived through. They are active participants in the Budapest alternative music scene. They have performed at venues including the House of Music, KAZI, the Űrtyúk Festival, Zsivágó, Rs9 theatre.
