Hailing from the Isle of Wight, Marlee is a singer and guitarist with a flair for the dramatic and a penchant for glitter.
Receiving her first guitar at 15; she found herself loving it, worshipping it and never completing homework because of it. A year later she was supporting Level 42 at the Royal Albert Hall, and since then has played many prestigious venues and festivals such as the Indig02, Isle of Wight Festival and Bestival.
With Marlee's music featuring unique guitar riffs amongst dreamy and catchy pop hooks; her debut single 'Lyre' was featured on Tom Robinson's BBC Introducing Mixtape on 6 Music with it's "freshness and energy". Her original material draws from a multitude of genres from Stevie Nicks to St Vincent. Combine that with her love of theatre and drag - Marlee is certainly one to watch.
