Hiii! My name is Martu and I'm a singer and songwriter based in Buenos Aires. I have always loved making music and these past two years I had the chance to work on an original piece with a friend of mine and it's finally done! I'm so excited to share my perspective with the world. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as I do! I write a lot of love songs, specially nostalgic ones cuz sad girl forever and I try to be as poetic and melancholic as I could possibly be (kinda dramatic lol). I just want people to resonate with what I do and feel like they are not alone: we all suffer sometimes and that's okay :) Some of my biggest songwriting inspirations are Taylor Swift, Lorde and Alex Turner, but I'm always looking for new music to love and I get inspired by everything I listen to.
