Power trio riff masters, Mass Driver have been blasting their brand of rowdy rock and roll since the summer of 2013. Like the lions that form Voltron, each member hails from different regions. But came together (in Knoxville Tennessee), to form the loudest, most devastatingly entertaining band that the region has ever seen or heard.
Consisting of members Rodney Sheehan on lead bass/lead vocals, Austin Polly on lead drums and Sean Sparbanie on lead guitar. This crew has assembled a sound that has the groove of ZZ Top, the catchy hooks of the Ramones and heaviness of Motorhead. Throw in a heaping dose of stunt guitar and you’ve got yourself Mass Driver.
Mass Driver is the answer to that million dollar question, where has all of the riff-laden, hot lick, guitar rock with chest crushing drums and groin shaking bass gone?
