With over a decade of experience producing ambient music, Matthew has cultivated a deep connection to sound as a powerful tool for relaxation and meditation. In 2015, he began working with singing bowls to enhance his meditation practice. Since that time, Matt has developed his own personal “sadhana” using singing bowls and they have had a profound effect on his spiritual journey. Matthew continues to use them in his daily practice to this day. May you experience a taste of the tranquility that abides within us all. OM SHANTI
