I've been writing songs since I was 12 years old. I grew up in upper Bucks County, PA, where there were as many cows as people at the time. I thought I wanted to be a rock guitarist, but went down the songwriter path after grad school. I moved to Nashville in '99, and started practicing law - yes, I'm a lawyer - while continued developing as a writer and more recently as an "artist" of sorts. When I'm not at my day job or at my son's soccer games, or out on the lake with the family, I'm in the studio writing. I just love making music and creating something from thin air and brokeness. I like writing stories about regular people going through regular things that most of us can relate to.
