Matt Se7en is a solo project started by Dutch musician and music producer Mitchell Emmen in 2019. He doesn’t have one genre but likes to blend several into one which he calls “Alternative Pop Metal.”
He writes his music from a personal and fictional perspective, telling stories about personal relationships, emotions and even about fiction, fantasy and videogames.
He found inspiration in bands and artists Neil Zaza, John Petrucci, Paramore, Dream Theater, David Hodges, Breaking Benjamin, Amon Amarth, Young Guns and Ed Sheeran.
