Spryte the Emcee is the music voice of M.K. Spryte, author, truth-teller, and creator of the Matriarch Verse. A 50-year-old Gen X woman returning to the mic with nothing left to prove and everything left to say, Spryte blends hip-hop, lived testimony, goddess memory, survival, history, and rebellion. Her work confronts patriarchy, racism, religious control, trauma, and the stories women were taught to forget. As M.K. Spryte, she writes books through Matriarch Emerges Publishing. As Spryte the Emcee, she turns those same truths into rhythm, fire, and witness. From “Goddess” to songs like “Gilead,” “Genesis Rewritten,” and “The Morrigan,” her music lives where scholarship meets street knowledge and where healing becomes resistance. Welcome to the Matriarch Verse. The truth is not given. It is realized. Find matriarch Emerges Publishing all over the web.
