He is Axolile "MK Da Negge" Siyakane, a genuine clansman of the Amagqosini Clan in King Williams Town in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Originally born in Ndevana Location in King Williams Town and relocated to Port Elizabeth at a very early, where he grew up and went to school in Kwazakhele Township in now known as "the Friendly City" Nelson Mandela Bay until 1999, where he then moved to New Brighton in 2000. It all started when he met a few young artists within his community who were then into international Hip-Hop, but his real interest was in a kasified style of Hip-Hop called "Spaza" (which is especially a Xhosa vernacular approach to hip-hop). Spaza presented a more understandable and relateable way of concepts in most of tracks he heard. In 2007, he started writting his own music, which lead to him joining a record label called "Keep Going Records" owned by Mr. Xolanathi Nyangayibizwa. Mr. Nyangayibizwa, who also taught them the production side of music.
