Monstro Horrível, the nom de plume of Vitor Salerno, is an experimental sound project in activity since 2014. His compositions are dense narratives percolated by a variety of references, rhythms and timbres, distilling long beats, synth-wave, metallic noises and pop melodies into cinematic landscapes marked by noir atmospheres and dilated temporal perceptions. Having released one album and many singles, and with presentations in many countries, such as Brazil, Argentina, Italy and Austria, Monstro Horrível blends a sense of weird displacement with romantic aspirations to create journeys through intense and obscure urban scenarios.
