Mr Paganini is a songwriter, composer and performer. His repertoire evokes the sound and atmospheres of the American Folk tradition, from Louisiana Swamp Blues to Gothic Americana, from post country to grunge. The baritone, deep and powerful raspy voice, the dirty and smoky sound of his picking guitar and gritty piano, and the carnival and 1930s-era-cabaret looks of his shows, all together forming a keenly individual musical universe. His Italian and English songs speak of life, love, fear and pain in an authentic and real way, they tell us "about the smell of the sound in a underground clubs made of whisky and dust, chattering laugh and howling of tormented souls...".
