Mike began his musical journey at age 15, forming an R&B group called "Suede". Over the next 3-4 years, he would perform at weddings, churches, cookouts, etc. After Suede disbanded, he formed "Evolution" & sang with them for a few years before joining "Unique Soul" in 2001. He sang with them until 2006. Mike took a hiatus from Music for several years to focus more on his personal life. He did some acting work during this hiatus. Around December 2016, he became acquainted with Darien Fields who is an indie artist and producer. Darien did all of the production on Mike's debut EP titled "The Amalgamation Pt. 1". Mike also met Joshua Jacob's who is an engineer and co-owner of Capital Minds Entertainment. Joshua did all the recording, mixing, & mastering for Mike's debut. Mike followed his debut w/the standalone singles "The Resurrection All Star Remix, "Take It Slow" & the recently released "Lyrical Energy". Amalgamation Pt.2 is currently in development.
