I’m a Zambian musician driven by one thing above all: **a sweet melody**\. My music is shaped by a wide range of sounds—from the soulful storytelling of Hozier and Jacob Banks to the versatility of Drake and Chris Brown, alongside African and American music across generations\.
My influences stretch through R&B, rap, gospel, jazz, funk, rock, pop and everything in between\. I’ve also been inspired by artists like One Direction, OneRepublic and the many sounds coming out of Zambia and Africa\.
Music has always been part of my life\. My earliest and most meaningful influence came from my mother, who sang in a church group\. I believe that connection to melody and harmony stayed with me and continues to shape the way I create\.
Interestingly, my best song ideas rarely come when I sit down specifically to write\. They usually find me while I’m doing something completely different—working, walking, thinking, living\. A melody or a line appears, and I follow it\.
