OG SAM is a Patwa French Creole artist from the Caribbean Island of Sint Marten, currently residing in The Netherlands. At an early age, OG had a deep love and passion for music. Growing up, he was heavily inspired by Hip-Hop, Reggae, Dancehall, Kompa and Creole Gospel. But his true inspiration came from his Idol, his father who was a well known Haitian guitar player in the community.
OG recorded his first track with his cousin at the age of 11 and ever since he has made his way around studios day and night from Sint Maarten to Canada. Now OG considers his style to be different from what you would hear on radio.
