At age 59, I had given up on my dream of ever learning to play the acoustic guitar. I learned theory, practiced scales religiously, but when my sister asked how many songs I could play, I had to sheepishly answer "none". Now after getting a fantastic teacher by the name of Steve Mastroianni, I not only regularly perform covers at open mikes, but I have written/ performed/ released some originals! I am looking forward to the journey ahead!
