To start? Allow me to say something that often isn't said enough.. It's okay, not to be okay. Depression is something I have been battling all my life.. It wasn't until a few years ago that I realized that I had been battling depression the entire time.. I had always blamed myself, and had tried asking about it many times.. It seemed to make people more uncomfortable that I wanted to talk about it, rather than them realizing that I had been battling against it and losing.. So this feels like something that I was obligated to share, because depression is so much bigger than just, me..more
