A proud Bahamian citizen, currently living on the island of Cat Island. Philicia Janel Rahming was born on the 27th,November 1989 to the parents of Ms. Phillipa C. Rahming-Leadon and Wilcher B. Rahming lll (deceased). Philicia started singing from the age of nine(9)and developed into a polished soprano singer for the last 21years. Ms. Rahming also gained her writers skill from the age of 15 which was totally encouraged by her deceased father. Philicia J's singing career kicked off in October 2018 when she recorded her first single " *LOVE* *WINS* " in Montreal, Canada. She is Managed by Mrs. Delarese Allen and the song was Produced by Mr. Nevardo Dean and Mr. Todd Marshall. To all aspiring songwriters, artists alike, her advice to you all is to Never give up. You must know who and whose you are and stand on that! Life is all about choices, so let's Choose to win and Win Big, even when we're losing.
