Nicola is a 23 year old singer-songwriter from Toronto. She’s been passionate about music since her childhood and loves a wide range of music from jazz to classic rock to motown to house to disco. She has always been active in the vocal music scene in her school life and always participated when there was the chance to perform in talent shows and coffee houses, and even got to sing at the Apollo Theater during a music trip in high school. In 2016 she recorded a jazz cover of “Cry Me a River” as part of her high school's end of the year music project with established Canadian jazz musicians such as Brian Barlow, and got a one on one mentorship with Canadian jazz singer Heather Bambrick. Her cover so far has 600+ plays on Soundcloud. The female singer songwriter plans on being an eclectic artist as she loves and is influenced by a variety of music and wants to create freely.
