Chicago, IL, USA

roar taylor is a lyricist molded by Chicago's soul. His music thinks before it speaks. It doesn't shout for attention-it earns it with every phrase. "kostner," his latest body of work, marks a turning point. It's not just an album; it's a tribute to the street that shaped him, packed with meaning, hunger, and high-level writing. His style? Word-first. Everything starts and ends with the pen. But that doesn't mean the music is stale-it moves. The beats hold weight. The lines hit you two days later. The whole project feels built for listeners who rewind to study bars, not just play songs once and scroll.
