This is the scripture Osmani has stood on since giving his life to Christ in 1999. Born and raised in Havana, Cuba, Osmani’s music journey began with the piano in the church orchestra at Vida Abundante. However, he was quickly captivated by the saxophone. As soon as he heard the beautiful notes played, he knew this was the instrument God was calling him to study. The Music Pastor, Reynaldo Monduy, agreed to give him a saxophone on the condition that he would use it to serve God. Julio García, Osmelin Gonzalez and Armando Trujillo were the patient instructors who taught Osmani everything from basic scales to music theory. He learned to play the saxophone brilliantly under their tutelage. And thus Osmani embarked on a great path of discovery and the beautiful world of music unfolded before him. ​ Through his obedience to God, Osmani has had many wonderful opportunities to share his talent with others. He has traveled extensively throughout Cuba playing at churches, festivals.
