When it came to music Simon Aebli never dipped his toes, he dove in head first from a young age, riding in the back of the family VW, yelling for “more Opa music!” which is the big band Granpa and Papi Aebli still play in to this day. This early baptism flourished into real devotion and Simon consumed hours at the drum kit exploring the meandering grooves and getting lost in paradiddle tangents. He made music with friends until his legs carried him elsewhere but the love affair demanded to be embodied once more and his exploration of music as a solo journey began. Inspired heart and soul by post rock and instrumental pieces but feeling the backbone of deep electronic music, he started composing and producing. Hopping genres as lightly as he navigates the world.
