Sunny Jackson, had an amazing international singing career, representing Singapore in many singing competitions around the world. It all began in 2011 when he became the first Singaporean to be scouted and compete in X Factor USA. He then followed this up with a stint in X Factor UK in 2012.
But it was in 2013 that Sunny made his mark on the global stage. He became the first runner-up at a singing competition held in Hollywood, California. But that was just the beginning. In 2014, Sunny made it to the top three of the World Karaoke Singing Competition held in Stockholm, Sweden, and finished in third place.
To take his career to the next level, Sunny decided to enter this very competition, SG Mania. A singing competition organized by Mediacorp, Suria in Singapore. He made it to the finals and was declared the first runner-up. And also he won the People ‘Favorite’ Singer, Entertainer in that competition.
