The Low Mids is a project by Dusty O’Day, who has played in the Houston/Galveston music scene since the late 90’s. Dusty played bass for bands Kava Wine, CitiZEN Change, Studemont Project, and Delayed Therapy, among others. Heavily influenced by jazz, funk, soul, hip-hop and various electronic music, Dusty brings together his influences in a set of instrumental lo-fi jazz grooves in his latest work, Nineteen.
