The Plum Trees fronted by singer-songwriter, Shannon, based in Dunsborough. Once a sibling duo who relocated to Beijing to record an EP with a full band, played at popular music festivals and emerged into the underground music scene. Returning to Australia as a solo project she continues to write and reinvent herself as an alternative-indie-folk mystic with a powerful voice that remains informed by her earlier work, but these days channels more light than shade.
