The deep rooted story-teller from the South/Westside of Chicago is well-known for his poetic rap style that bleeds through his aggressive bars and metaphors catered to his harsh reality. Lyrik has been a proudly growing rap artist who takes pride in his “Pen Game”, as he would quote while expressing his passion for using his pain for a greater purpose. Fortunately, Lyrik also has a double passion not only for Hip-Hop, but Rnb; which has been a unique influence on his life growing up in a household of mostly women and older siblings who played 90’s Rnb through his childhood. On February 22nd of 1998 in Chicago, Illinois, Lyrik was born as Quan Camera Evans. He began seriously pursuing his rap career when he decided to unite with his twin-brother(PrinceQ) and three other close childhood friends(Baby Boy, Young Dey & LFJosh7.62) to form group, “La Familia”- 2015. Early 2019, he signed a one-year Distribution contract with a Dallas engineer, which led to his first album“Ventilations”!
