Cleotha Payne, (born March 18, 1983 ), better known by his stage name F. Blanco, is an American rapper, song writer, and entrepreneur. Born and raised in New Orleans, he was influenced mainly by Cash Money Records and No Limit Records which were the two biggest record labels in the city, while also gravitating towards New York's style of rap as well. In 2016, Blanco released his first mixtape entitled "Bad Past Good Reason" on Superbowl Sunday with the first two singles being "What You Mad For" featuring Luciano & "Watching Me". The song "What You Mad For" was later featured on Mixtape Monopoly's "Money & Hoes 19" hosted by DJ HyDef later on that year. His debut album "Elaine's Son" is scheduled for release in the fall of 2021.
