From the heart of Hampshire, The Sam Paine Band fuse electric and acoustic blues-rock with grit and soul. What began as a Trio has grown into a full-band force - blending reimagined standards, resurrected classics, and originals that speak of sweat, longing, and joy.
The Sam Paine Band is renowned for its unique style, fusing influences of Texas and Chicago blues with the very best of British blues rock. Sam’s blistering guitar playing and soulful vocals are ably backed up by some of the most sought-after musicians from the blues circuit: Ray Drury (keys), Emil Engstrom (bass) and Robin Lowrey (drums).
Their latest album, recorded live, will be available to purchase during their latest gig at the Basingstoke Blues Club on 15 November 2025 and online on all streaming platforms.
