TJ Campbell was raised in Ottawa ON. Later when he was 15 he picked up the tenor sax in high school and quickly switched to alto sax which took him all the way to Toronto to study at Humber after being heavily influenced by Maceo Parker, and Cannonball Adderley. After studying diligently at Humber college he got his bachelor's in music and is now performing with his band TJ & The Crew.
