Writing my album one track at a time and connecting creatively through music is the mission. Incorporating melodies that come through to me from people, places and events the music I am making is crafted organically with curiosity and playfulness. An emphasis on space in the sound, good vibes, movement and a connection to self, country and others is inspiring me at the moment. Growing up in a small town called Callington in South Australia, my roots are raw and dusty. My earliest recollections of live music were my father on the piano who would improvise with a lot of passion. Other early exposure to live music was at the pub or football club rooms. The later of which I performed my first live performance on the electric guitar. Songwriting has always come to me freely and the guitar was a perfect accomplice and friend. Many years and experiences later I find myself on the coast, creating songs with fearlessness and freedom, more closely aligned to my essence. I am ready to share.
