Gabriel Rivera Vázquez is a transdisciplinary artist, self-taught multi-instrumentalist musician, composer, soundscape artist & producer from Puerto Rico. He started experimenting with instruments since he was 10 years old. His approach to music was always from passion and fun. Grandson of the great Charlie Vasquez, first tenor of Los Hispanos Quartet, Gabriel always had a feel for the arts and knew he inherited knowledge from his grandfather's life. He studied Drama at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. He practiced acting and began to design sound for the need of presentations to have original content. Without realizing it, it was there where he established his roots and forged his talent. Five years of experience helped him distinguish his method where acting meets music, creating sound as a character.
