Violetnight is my secret identity , I am also known in Melbourne as Dj Jenni daggers hosting “Off The Bone “ on 3RRR FM for 8 years. In the late 80's Melbourne was teaming with underground clubs for those who didn't fit into the mainstream and I was lucky enough to start my live dj career playing music from gothic , punk, industrial , grunge and metal. In the mid 1990's I began experimenting with electronica , disco and global beats in both the alternative subculture and the electro scene and got to play some wicked warehouses and bush doof festivals including the infamous Earthcore
My deep passion for culture has seen me co direct a healing festival with the Yorta Yorta clans of Victoria/NSW Murray River region "Barmah Beat ". After working with Amber Dawn on may youth projects and vs gigs we decided to team up and co produce music together .So we have created conscious fun beats shit in the present for ya'll to get down to
