Music saved me when nothing else could. Wreak+Ruin is my therapy project—a place to confront everything I’ve spent years carrying: trauma, abuse, fear, self-doubt, heartbreak, death, anger, love, SA, DV and the parts of myself I was taught to hide.What began as a way to process the past became a voice. Created as an outlet for healing and self-expression and scars turned into sound.
