I grew up in the countryside, where life was simple, honest, and often hard. We did not have much, but we had enough to understand the value of work, silence, and the land beneath our feet. My childhood was shaped by long days outdoors, learning from nature more than from people. I spent a lot of time alone, and in that solitude, I found a kind of peace that stayed with me. Life at home was not always easy. There was struggle, pain, and lessons that came too early. I learned strength not because I wanted to, but because I had to. Hardship became a teacher, and instead of letting it harden me, I let it deepen me. I learned to observe, to endure, and to keep walking forward without bitterness. As I grew older, I began to understand that life is less about chasing and more about seeing. I found meaning in small things—in growing plants from seeds, in watching seasons change, in understanding that everything has its time to bloom and return to the earth.

Whiskey and Texas Oil Dreams
This was very much inspired by the Landman series, I felt there was something raw there, that needed telling a story about, I tried to capture the life and story of people working on the rigs and the tough lives they lead, I hope people like it.more
