yobkulcha a.k.a. Gerry Clark has been making non-genre-specific music for many years. He is the "yob" responsible for FL Studio's notorious Big Bag but has also contributed music to short films, documentaries and, so far, one feature-length movie. He was musical director of Glasgow Youth Theatre and Cumbernauld theatre for a short while in the late '70's, and fronted Psyko Skarf and the Shower Curtains, a Surrey-based band in the early '80's. After moving back to Scotland in the '90's he was bassist, vocalist and songwriter with There There Pet before forming The Third Planet. He was then keyboardist with Glasgow legend Hugh Reed and the Velvet Underpants until he moved back into theatre as musical director of CAT A Theatre company. Since 2001 he has been a professional video editor, camera operator and vision mixer in the Scottish live events industry and continues to produce music for his own amusement, if no-one else's.
