Born Chris Carter, the Louisville native found love for music as a child watching his Great Grandfather create tunes playing his blues guitar. He has since been in love with music. However, decided to take a more unique approach towards reaching out to his community using his talents. As a father of two, Czarleo knows first hand the importance of bridging the gap between our youth and a productive environment.
