16 year old rapper Yung Kaplun dropped out of Grade 10 to pursue his music career. Working full time, he invests all of his money right back into his music, one of his recent investments being a solo trip to Los Angeles, solely to network and build connections in the entertainment capital of the world. Yung Kaplun, or for short, “Kap”, originally found his love for music in 2015, when he was first introduced to legendary singer Michael Jackson. After just a few months of listening, at the age of 7, he knew all of Jackson’s songs by heart. Kap’s music taste kept evolving, going from Justin Bieber, to The Beatles, to then finally, in 2017, Lil Pump, who was his first introduction to modern day Rap music. His love for Hip-hop kept evolving, until he finally decided to try it for himself.
