Zak Robinson is a Dream Folk artist originally from East Devon. He moved to London in 2017 and has been documenting his life through song ever since. After his time training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance got cut short, Zak wrote and recorded his debut album ‘Becoming Alice’ in 5 months on the floor of his bedroom in isolation. Zak is interested in the small moments in life and the memories that one stores away. He writes these moments with a sense grandiosity and importance, as if these moments where definitive when constructing his identity. From nuanced love songs, to ambiguous dream folk, Zak Robinson pursues vulnerability head on.
