Born and raised in New Orleans, La. Sonny, got into music around the age 16. Inspired by the Hotboys & Young Gunz. Becoming Sonny Skyes, meant Taking recording more serious, working and working to become one of the greats. OnLy to disappear on a hiatus, becoming a father 2013. Based on the hiatus, Sonny Skyes was scheduling to catapult his career when tragedy struck. Losing 2 brothers to gun violence 2017, a month apart. Devastated, slowly got back on track, working on building a successful brand and career. 2020 the sky’s the limit.
