Gulddreng is the alter ego of Danish singer/songwriter Malte Ebert (born in 1994 in Vejle, Denmark), which Ebert created as a reaction to Danish music charts being dominated by what he describes as 'bad pop music'. In 2016, he saw his first seven singles all reaching #1 on the Danish Top 40 Tracks chart. In January 2017, Gulddreng released his debut EP, 24K EP, a limited edition vinyl-only release featuring six of the seven singles that had preceded it. The EP is sold exclusively at Gulddreng's live shows and through his website.
