Leave the Mask
This is a song I wrote about freeing myself from my internal struggles due to autism. Telling myself I should be free to be me, because those that are important will always be there, I need to stop worrying so much about trying to blend in and instead let myself shine. It's time I leave the mask behind and let myself bloom.more

Gravity // Reclaimed
I wrote a song for my mother to show her that her struggle isn’t invisible. I see how she’s finding herself, and I love it. She comes from a generation where marriage often meant the wife gave up her identity to serve her husband. Now in her 50s, she’s been opening up more to herself over the past two years. That growth brings up guilt, deeply ingrained beliefs that selfhood is selfish. Through this song, I want her to feel how powerful her individuality is. Her evolution is beautiful, and she should never feel guilty for becoming more fully herself. I hope this song can help others feel seen, too.more
