We spend much of our lives thinking about where we are headed. We are trying to find a meaning for our existence and to push the human race forward. Through all of this, we forget to be present. Life is about the journey, not the destination. Lyrics: Tell me is there something more than what we see? Do you believe? Place a blindfold over your eyes and just have faith. That's what they say. Oh the days are long and the sun keeps shining on. It feels like time stands still when know one knows and never will. We are headed to an unknown destination. Reaching higher, higher in the sky. We've been searching, yeah we're trying to find a meaning. But we'll never, never know why we are who we are. Tell me is there something more than what is known? Are we alone? Far beyond a distant star are there signs of life? Calling in the night? Soon there will come a day when this will all come to an end. I just hope I get to say that I lived the best, the best that I could. With no regrets. No regrets . credits released April 14, 2022 Written by: Mike Aitken Vocals, Guitars, & Bass performed by: Mike Aitken Synths & Drums programmed by: Mike Aitken Recorded & Mixed by: Mike Aitken Mastered by: Siegfried Meier at Beach Road Studiosmore
