Masashi Hamauzu (濱渦正志; Hamauzu Masashi), born September 20, 1971 in Munich, Germany, is a video game music composer who has worked for Square Enix for nearly a decade. He is currently touring the world with his band Imeruat, fronted by singer Mina Sakai, who sang on four tracks on the FF13 soundtrack. Hamauzu wrote the music for, and plays piano in, Imeruat.
