After the release of two commercially successful major label albums, a change in line-up, and a long hiatus from the mainstream circle, one would think that the band behind the hits Torete, Sulat, Sa Langit (now the theme music to Surf detergent) would rest on its laurels and comfort zones in terms of songwriting and playing. Moonstar88 defies this stereotyping with their latest album under Sony BMG.

Chambers of Me
CHAMBERS OF ME talks about a person's hidden desires that seem out of character and may be navigating a complex inner world. It indicates a struggle between their authentic self and the persona they present to others. Their desires might reflect unfulfilled needs, aspirations, or fears, suggesting a longing for exploration or change. This internal conflict can lead to feelings of isolation, as they might fear judgment or rejection if they reveal their true self. On the other hand, it could be a pathway to personal growth and authenticity, allowing them to integrate these aspects into their life in a healthier way.more
