The Legend Of Chris Moltisanti
This track, by Nottingham based rapper Lexus and London based producer SFM 35.8, is the emotional centerpiece of their EP “There's No Heroes.” Inspired by The Sopranos, it draws parallels between Christopher Moltisanti’s tragic arc and Lex’s own battles with love, ambition, and identity. The production blends funky UK hip-hop with jazzy textures and soulful instrumentation, while the lyrics are raw and personal. It’s a song about falling short, trying again, and searching for meaning in the mess.
The song stands out for its honesty, groove, and a memorable hook built around one of the show’s most iconic lines: “Where’s my arc, Paulie?”more
