This is a song stemming from the raw emotion of knowing you give everything in love. You know you're a lover and want to just give and give and give. But it always seems to feel like a losing game. You can't help but keep giving, feeling so drawn to that one person that you show all your cards (thoughts and feelings) hoping that it'll be enough. You almost get frustrated at yourself because you'd think after being so devoted in previous connections, you would've learned to be more guarded. But it's not in your nature. The joy of having so much love to give is the experience of falling in love, and yet somehow it's also the curse.more
