Yedid Nefesh is a 16th century poem that normally kicks off your Friday evening Kabbalat Shabbat service. The lyrics are commonly attributed to the sixteenth century kabbalist Rabbi Elazar ben Moshe Azikri and this version features a well-known traditional melody. Interestingly, the first letter of each verse (YEH·DEED יְדִיד / HA·DOOR הָדוּר / VAH·TEEK וָתִיק / HE·GAH·LEH הִגָלֶה) spells G-d's four letter name (י·ה·ו·ה‬).
