Red House Painters was an alternative rock band from San Francisco, CA, United States, formed in 1989 by singer/songwriter Mark Kozelek, who is currently active in the band Sun Kil Moon, with part of the original RHP line-up.
The band is described, along with Low and American Music Club, as one of the linchpins of the slowcore movement in alternative rock. Kozelek used this group primarily as a vehicle for his very personal and emotional songs of despair, pain and suffering.

Blanket Rhymes
This song, "Blanket Rhymes," comes from an album I recorded and completed around mid to late December of 2023 and released in January 2024. This song was inspired by the work of Hypnaogic Pop artists such as Dean Blunt, John Maus, and James Ferraro.
The instruments used were an Acoustic Guitar and a Roland JD-XI, which is an analog-digital hybrid synthesizer.
I hope you all enjoy it.more
