Especially on the last record I posted here, which was a deep and vulnerable one for me to touch on with the talk of everything I have had to come back from, the suicide of the woman I love, drugs, etc. People reach out and relate and it not only makes me feel not alone in some of the issues, but it makes me realize it helps others feel not alone as well. We are all in this together, and this will be a great year for all of us! With that said, this is the track # 3 off of my recent project "Tales From Hali." This one has more of a golden era boom-bap sound with some EPIC scratches on the Hook. Considering the last record was more emotional, I wanted to this one to show off my lyricism, flow, punchlines and metaphors, and the way I can put words together.
