"Muse" off my second EP "YOU'RE LIVING, TRAUMA". by MALEXICONmore

Hoping that the crystals remove the negative energymore

Spilled ink poetry after SA, that I converted into a song. Youtube version has all the lyrics, over a time-lapse painting of mine. There is a catharsis to singing these words, going through the different options of fight, flight, and freeze. There's recognition that there are no good outcomes when someone is trying to hurt you, and only so much you can do. There's a longing to be something else entirely, that no one could want anything from. If you understand, I'm sorry that you do-And I hope you're healing too. Bandcamp download is free or pay what you want. <3 I consider this more alternative indie, but they only have so many genres listed.more
